Transfer of Portions of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regulations

Transfer of Portions of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regulations His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Acta, hereby makes the annexed Transfer of Portions of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regulations. S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12 and 13 Subsection 132(1) of the Public Service Employment Act applies to all persons employed or engaged in the portions of the federal public administration in the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission known as the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Unit and the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Support Unit. These Regulations come into force on November 15, 2011.
