Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration Employees Regulations

Regulations Respecting the Application of the Public Service Employment act to Employees of the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Regional Economic Expansion, pursuant to subsection 34(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting the application of the Public Service Employment Act to employees of the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration. These Regulations may be cited as the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration Employees Regulations. Notwithstanding subsection 6(2) of the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Act, the provisions of the Public Service Employment Act apply to all officers and employees, other than seasonal or term employees, required for the carrying out of the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Act.
