Regulations Prescribing Alternative Means of Publication (Foreign Companies) Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 1015a and paragraph 1021(a)a of the Insurance Companies Actb, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Prescribing Alternative Means of Publication (Foreign Companies). S.C. 2001, c. 9, s. 465 S.C. 1991, c. 47 The information concerning foreign companies that is required to be published quarterly in the Canada Gazette pursuant to section 585 of the Insurance Companies Act may, instead of being published in that way, be published on the Web site of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
