160900 Canada Inc. Acquisition Exemption Order

Order Exempting Certain Specified Acquisitions by 160900 Canada Inc. from the Application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the National Transportation Agency, pursuant to subsection 253(6) of the National Transportation Act, 1987*, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed Order exempting certain specified acquisitions by 160900 Canada Inc. from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987, made by the National Transportation Agency. S.C. 1987, c. 34 This Order may be cited as the 160900 Canada Inc. Acquisition Exemption Order. The acquisition by 160900 Canada Inc. of all shares in Les Entreprises Voyageur Limitée and 146831 Canada Inc. and of a minority interest in ACE — Atlantic Container Express Inc., Atlantic Searoute Limited (Partnership) and North Water Navigation Ltd. held by Groupe CSL Inc. is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
