Order Designating the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces, a separate employer, for the purposes of paragraph 62(1)(a) of the Act Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 62(4)a of the Public Service Staff Relations Act, hereby designates the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces, a separate employer, for the purposes of paragraph 62(1)(a) of the Public Service Staff Relations Act. S.C. 1999, c. 26, s. 19(2) Other references Unless the context requires otherwise, every reference to the Public Service Labour Relations Act in any provision of a regulation, as defined in section 2 of the Statutory Instruments Act, made under an Act of Parliament, other than a provision referred to in subsection (1) is to be read as a reference to the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.
