Adjustment of Certain Costs Paid or Payable Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (April 1, 2019 to October 31, 2024) Remission Order Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the amounts is unreasonable, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, under subsection 23(2.1)a of the Financial Administration Actb, remits the amounts of the annual adjustments — made under subsection 17(1) of the Service Fees Actc — to the costs paid or payable under section 243d of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulationse, as it read before April 1, 2025, for the period beginning on April 1, 2019 and ending on October 31, 2024.
