Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, is pleased hereby pursuant to section 39 of the Public Service Employment Act, to make the annexed Order approving the exclusion by the Public Service Commission of all positions and employees of the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces from the operation of the Public Service Employment Act; and pursuant to subsection 35(1) of the Public Service Employment Act to make the annexed Regulations respecting the appointment of persons to the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces. These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Public Funds Staff Regulations. These Regulations apply only in respect of persons to whom the Non-Public Funds Staff Exclusion Approval Order applies. The Minister of National Defence may appoint such persons as he deems proper to the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces.
