Transfer of a Portion of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations

Transfer of a Portion of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Acta, makes the annexed Transfer of a Portion of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations. S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12 and 13 Subsection 132(1) of the Public Service Employment Act applies to all persons employed or engaged in the portion of the federal public administration in the Canadian Food Inspection Agency known as the Domestic Terrestrial Animal Pathogen Unit. These Regulations come into force on March 31, 2013.
