Annual Statement (Trust and Loan Companies) Regulations

Annual Statement (Trust and Loan Companies) Regulations His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsections 313(2)a and 531(1)b of the Trust and Loan Companies Actc, hereby makes the annexed Annual Statement (Trust and Loan Companies) Regulations. S.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 434 S.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 449 S.C, 1991, c. 45 The prescribed statements referred to in subsection 313(2) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act are a balance sheet as at the end of the financial year; a statement of income for the financial year; a statement of cash flows for the financial year; a statement of changes in shareholders’ equity for the financial year; and a statement of comprehensive income for the financial year. These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
