About this statute

Transactions and arbitration over Aragón patrimony property and rights are not allowed unless authorized by decree of the Government of Aragón. No one may occupy or use Aragón public-domain property without proper authorization, and public bodies responsible for protecting that property must enforce this rule. This article defines three types of use of public-domain goods: common use, special use, and private use.
