Statute overview

About this statute

Works and activities in the airport or air-navigation system must follow the urban planning instrument and be referred to the competent urban-planning administration; if planning instruments are not approved, compliance with the relevant director plan is enough. Public authorities and certain private or public actors may not carry out or authorize construction, installation, or planting in non-noise aviation easement areas without prior favorable agreement from the State Aviation Safety Agency.
