Statute overview

About this statute

Professional associations in the same profession, within a single autonomous community, may form the corresponding council of professional associations in Castilla y León. Professional practice carried out through a company is governed by the laws and by the terms set in the state’s basic regulation. A professional college may dissolve only by an internal agreement made under its statutes, unless the law sets a different rule, and the dissolution must be approved by decree of the Junta de Castilla y León after a prior report from the relevant Council of Colleges.
