Statute overview

About this statute

This article defines who counts as the “holder” for public shows and recreational activities, and requires legal entities to be properly formed and registered to qualify. If no notification address has been expressly designated, the company’s application for a licence or authorization, or the establishment where the event or activity takes place, will count as the notification address. Licences and authorisations for public entertainment and recreational activities may not be transferred while the holder or organiser is under specified sanctioning or administrative liability proceedings, unless the sanction has been served or the case has been closed for lack of liability. A license-granting decision must identify the license holder and the establishment or installation with sufficient precision. The license is only effective for the conditions and activities expressly set for it, and it can be revoked or expire if conditions are breached or the activity is inactive too long.
