Gaming and betting companies must provide and keep updated a bond in favor of the Community of Madrid Treasury. Gaming operators registered in the gaming register need express authorization to organize and run the games covered by this law, unless the applicable rules do not require prior authorization. “Salones de Juego” are establishments used to operate programmed-prize amusement machines, subject to regulatory conditions and requirements.
