Statute overview

About this statute

The ecological flow must be set using the required hydrobiological studies, reported to the Basin Authority, and respected by hydraulic-use holders or concessionaires. The Asturias administration must set recovery measures for inland aquatic ecosystems in a technical management plan. Approving a recovery plan also triggers expropriation effects of public utility and necessity of occupation.
