Statute overview

About this statute

Each Contracting Party’s domestic law applies to matters not regulated by this Agreement, or by applicable international conventions joined by both Parties. The two Contracting Parties must notify each other diplomatically that they have completed their required constitutional procedures; the Agreement enters into force 30 days after the last notification and can end by diplomatic denunciation. Dangerous goods transport must follow the conditions set by the national law of the Contracting Party where the transport takes place.
