Statute overview

About this statute

Las sociedades de garantía recíproca must keep minimum own-funds levels, observe risk and asset limits, and send required reports to the Banco de España. This provision repeals Circular 10/1998 of 27 November. This Circular takes effect the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. A mutual guarantee society must keep the combined amount of certain fixed assets and shareholdings within a 25% cap on its own funds.
