Statute overview

About this statute

Before granting authorization for activities in different Autonomous Communities, the State Public Employment Service must request a mandatory report from the relevant regional public employment services. La autoridad competente debe decidir sobre la autorización en un máximo de tres meses. La autorización como agencia de colocación dura cinco años al inicio y luego puede prorrogarse indefinidamente. If an authorised placement agency wants to expand into other autonomous communities, the State Public Employment Service must apply Article 9, except 3.b, and Articles 10 and 11 when deciding the authorisation. The authorization may be extinguished for specified breaches, false or missing essential information, renunciation, or closure of workplaces.
