Statute overview

About this statute

Tourism business holders, their legal representatives, authorized staff, or the person in charge during an inspection must let tourism inspectors enter, review documents, and take copies; tourist establishments must also keep a visitor book for inspections, and any document handed over on request of the Xunta de Galicia must be recorded by a delivery note signed by the holder or legal representative. The tourism inspection staff must keep professional secrecy and treat people they inspect with consideration and courtesy.
