| Official Journal of the European Union | EN L series ---|---|--- * * * | 2025/1558 | 28.7.2025 ---|---|--- COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2025/1558 of 25 July 2025 amending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) | On 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP (1). ---|--- (2) | In accordance with Article 26(1) and (3) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision. ---|--- (3) | The Council has concluded that the entry concerning one person designated in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be removed from that Annex. The restrictive measures against all other persons and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, insofar as their names are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and 45 entries included in Annex II should be updated. ---|--- (4) | Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
