It is therefore necessary to appoint external auditors as from the financial year 2016. ---|--- (3) | Eesti Pank has selected KPMG Baltics OÜ as its external auditors for the financial years 2016 to 2020. ---|--- (4) | The Governing Council of the ECB has recommended that KPMG Baltics OÜ should be appointed as the external auditors of Eesti Pank for the financial years 2016 to 2020. ---|--- (5) | Following the recommendation of the Governing Council of the ECB, Council Decision 1999/70/EC (2) should be amended accordingly, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 17 is replaced by the following: ‘17. KPMG Baltics OÜ are hereby approved as the external auditors of Eesti Pank for the financial years 2016 to 2020.’. Article 2 This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.
