It is therefore necessary to appoint an external auditor from the financial year 2024 onwards. ---|--- (3) | Národná banka Slovenska has selected Grant Thornton Audit, s.r.o. as its external auditor for the financial years 2024 to 2027. ---|--- (4) | The Governing Council of the ECB has recommended that Grant Thornton Audit, s.r.o. be appointed as the external auditor of Národná banka Slovenska for the financial years 2024 to 2027, with an option to extend the mandate to the financial years 2028 to 2030. ---|--- (5) | Following the recommendation of the Governing Council of the ECB, Council Decision 1999/70/EC (2) should be amended accordingly, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 16 is replaced by the following: ‘16. Grant Thornton Audit, s.r.o is hereby approved as the external auditor of Národná banka Slovenska for the financial years 2024 to 2027.’.
