He should be replaced for the remainder of his term of office, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Mr Antonio TAJANI is hereby appointed a member of the Commission for the period from 9 May 2008 to 31 October 2009. Article 2 This Decision shall take effect on 9 May 2008. Article 3 This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Done at Brussels, 9 May 2008.
