About this statute

Fees are charged under this decision for the Ministry of Employment and the Economy’s public-law services linked to the environmental impact assessment procedure for nuclear facilities. This section sets fixed fees for the contact authority’s opinions on environmental impact assessment programme and impact statement matters, including higher fees for alternative municipalities and different fees for amendments. This regulation enters into force on 1 March 2012 and applies until the end of February 2013. It applies to consequence assessment programs and consequence descriptions submitted to the Ministry of Employment and the Economy for an opinion after the regulation has entered into force.
