Statute overview
About this statute
Fees are charged for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment’s public-law services linked to the environmental impact assessment procedure for nuclear facilities, in accordance with this decision. The provision sets fees for certain nuclear-facility environmental assessment services and says the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment estimates and later confirms the fee class. For an annulled procedure concerning an environmental impact assessment programme or assessment report, the fee for handling it is half of the fee referred to in section 2, if the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment has informed and requested opinions on it. The Ministry of Employment and the Economy decides the fees for producing information and for providing copies and printouts under the cited access-to-information rules. The regulation enters into force on 1 March 2019, applies until 29 February 2021, and applies to certain impact assessment programs and descriptions submitted to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment for opinion after entry into force.
