This section applies to certificates or official documents evidencing or issued in connection with the right of persons to pensions or allowances payable out of— any grant which may be made out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland or the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom, in pursuance of any Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland or the Parliament of the United Kingdom, for civil or police non-effective services; or the Teachers' Superannuation Fund, established by the Teachers' Superannuation Act (Northern Ireland), 1926 .
