Section 40—Dissolution, Repeal, Transitional and Saving Provisions (1) The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration Law 1993 (P.N.D.C.L. 318) is repealed by this Act and accordingly the Court of Governors established under that Law is dissolved.
