The Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies Act, 2019 (Act 1001) is amended (a) by the substitution for the short tide, of “University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa Act, 2019 (Act 1001)”; 2 Simon Diedong Dombo University Of Business And Act 1160 Integrated Development Studies (Amendment) Act, 2025 (b) in the long title, by the substitution for “Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies”, of “University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa”; (c) in the heading of section 1 and in section 1, by the substitution for “Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies”, of “University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa”; (d) in section 40, by the substitution for the definition for (i) “Appeals Board”, of ““Appeals Board” means the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa Appeals Board established under subsection (1) of section 39;” and (ii) “University”, of ““University” means the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa established under section 1; and”; (e) in subsection (6) of section 41, by the substitution for “Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies”, of “University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa”; and 3 Act 1160 Simon Diedong Dombo University Of Business And Integrated Development Studies (Amendment) Act, 2025 (f) in the Schedule, by the substitution for “Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies”, of “University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Wa”.
