Up to ¢54,315,900,000,000.00 may be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the 2007 financial year and appropriated for the purposes in the First Schedule. The listed Ministries, Departments, and Agencies may retain and use the specified amount of Cedis during the 2007 financial year. Up to ¢2,210,900,000,000 of HIPC allocation may be used during the 2007 financial year. Up to ¢1,598,700,000,000.00 for the Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative shall be used during the 2007 financial year. The Controller and the Accountant-General may pay money from the Consolidated Fund, but only under a warrant authorized by the Minister responsible for Finance and Economic Planning, and only up to ¢54,315,900,000,000.00 in the 2007 financial year.
