Interpretation In this Order—company (公司) means the APT Satellite Company Limited. 2. Exemption The company, to the extent that it—(a) establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and(b) uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications,on the satellite APSTAR-IIR, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under section 8(1) of the Ordinance.(36 of 2000 s. 28)
