Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) (Consolidation) Order(Cap. 357, section 7) [15 January 1982](Format changes—E.R. 6 of 2019) 1. Citation This order may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) (Consolidation) Order. 2. Interpretation In this order—approved scheme (獲准計劃) means the scheme specified in the Schedule;power company (電力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited;Secretary (地政司) means the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands. Rectification of approved scheme Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have effect as rectified by—(a) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 21 October 1981; (L.N. 8 of 1982)(b) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 1 June 1984; and (L.N. 188 of 1984)(c) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 2 September 1988.
