Declaration of unauthorized entrants (1) Subject to the exceptions specified in subparagraph (2), the following persons are declared to be unauthorized entrants— (31 of 2025 s. 32)(a) all persons resident or formerly resident in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka or Vietnam; (L.N. 66 of 2016)(aa) all persons who leave, or seek to leave, the Mainland of China (Mainland) when not in possession of documents issued by the relevant authorities of the Mainland permitting them to do so in accordance with the law of the Mainland; (L.N. 142 of 1980)(b) all persons resident or formerly resident in Macao;(c) all persons who are or have been in Macao, whether in transit or in any other circumstances whatsoever.
