I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 9 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022) and the Integration and Reception (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 159 of 2025 ), with the consent of the Minister for Social Protection and the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform (as adapted by the Public Expenditure and Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 19 of 2023 )), having had regard, in accordance with subsection (3) of that section, to the likely effect of the amount to be specified in the following order on the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (c) of that subsection (3), hereby make the following order, with respect to which, pursuant to subsection (4) of that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving the draft has been passed by each such House: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Section 9(2)) (Amount of Financial Contribution) Order 2025. (2) This Order shall come into operation on 1 June 2025. 2. In this Order, “Act of 2022” means the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022). 3. The amount of €600 is specified for the purposes of section 9(1)(b) of the Act of 2022. 4.
