This Order may be cited as the Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. 2. The 31st day of March 2025 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 (No. 20 of 2024) shall come into operation: (a) Part 1; (b) Part 2; (c) Part 6; (d) Part 7. 3. The 30th day of September 2025 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 shall come into operation: (a) Part 3; (b) Part 4; (c) Part 5; (d) Part 8; (e) Part 9. This order provides for the commencement of the Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 , as provided for in Section 1 of the Act, as follows: The commencement of Parts 1 (Preliminary and General), 2 (An Túdarás Náisiúnta Um Uathrollú Coigiltis Scoir), 6 (Communications and Services) and 7 (Information Sharing and Data Protection) on the 31st of March 2025; and The commencement of all remaining Parts of the Act on the 30th of September 2025, which includes Parts 3 (Enrolment and Contributions), 4 (Investment), 5 (Payment out of Accounts), 8 (Reviews and Appeals) and 9 (Compliance and Enforcement).
