AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (FRESH MEAT) ACT, 1930 (EXPORTER'S LICENCES) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1985. I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 51 of and the Schedule (inserted by the Agricultural Produce (Meat) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978 (No. 13 of 1978)) to the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (No. 10 of 1930), and the Agriculture and Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 31 of 1977 ), hereby make the following regulations with respect to which, pursuant to section 13 (9) of the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (inserted by section 6 (l) of the Agricultural Produce (Meat) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978 ), a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (Exporter's Licences) (Fees) Regulations, 1985. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 3. (1) In this Regulation "Rule 1" means Rule 1 of the Schedule (Inserted by the Agricultural Produce (Meat) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978 ) of the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (2) For the purposes of paragraph ( ) of Rule 1, the sum of £0.75 is hereby prescribed, for the period beginning on the 1st day of April, 1985, and ending on the commencement of these Regulations, as the appropriate sum for a pork exporter's licence. (3) For the purposes of paragraph ( ) of Rule 1, the sum of £0.75 is hereby prescribed, for the period beginning on the commencement of these Regulations, as the appropriate sum for a pork exporter's licence. 4. Regulation 5 of the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (Exporter's Licences) (Fees) Regulations, 1983 ( S.I. No. 412 of 1983 ), is hereby revoked.
