I, GEMMA HUSSEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (4) of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 1947 (No. 1 of 1947), as amended by section 5 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 1962 (No. 28 of 1962), hereby make the following Rules: 1. These Rules may be cited as the Vocational Education Committees (Allowances to Members) (Amendment) Rules, 1984. 2. These Rules shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1983. 3. In these Rules "the Rules of 1982" means the Vocational Education Committees (Allowances to Members) (Amendment) Rules, 1982 (S.I. No. 68 of 1982). 4. The Vocational Education Committees (Allowances to Members) Rules, 1963 ( S.I.
