I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (No. 21 of 2023), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (Section 7 – Commencement) Order 2024. 2. The day appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (No. 21 of 2023) comes into operation is 13 January 2025.
