PROVISION FOR THE ASSIGNMENT TO THOSE AUTHORITIES OF FUNCTIONS HERETOFORE EXERCISED BY THE MINISTER FOR POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS; TO REPEAL, AMEND OR ADAPT ENACTMENTS RELATING TO THE POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND THE SAVINGS BANKS AND TO MAKE OTHER PROVISIONS IN RELATION TO THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
