The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform) Order 2024. 2. Gillian Clarke, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, is appointed as Special Adviser to Ossian Smyth, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, with effect from 16 May 2024.
