The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Ministers of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2024. 2. Hannah Hamilton, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed as Special Adviser to Malcolm Noonan, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with effect from 10 April 2024. 3. Jenny McCormack, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is appointed as Special Adviser to Alan Dillon, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with effect from 20 May 2024.
