The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Transport) Order 2025. 2. Pádraig Hughes, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Seán Canney, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, with effect from 4 February 2025. 3. Angelina Nugent, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Seán Canney, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, with effect from 10 March 2025.
