DUKES, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Act, 1958 (No. 8 of 1958), and having complied with subsections (2) and (3) of that section, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Order, 1985. 2. The following investments are hereby added to the investments specified in section 1 of the Trustee Act, 1893, as amended by the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Act, 1958 , (No. 8 of 1958) that is to say, investment in interest-bearing deposit accounts with the following licensed bank: Barclays Bank Ireland Limited. This Order extends the list of investments in which trust funds may be held by the addition of interest-bearing deposit accounts with the named bank.
