I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the (No. 40 of 2022) hereby order as follows: 2. The 1st day of May 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the (No. 40 of 2022) shall come into operation: (a) section 8; (b) Part 3; (c) Part 4; (d) Part 5; (e) Part 6; (f) Part 7, insofar as it is not already in operation; (g) section 97.
