I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Labour in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Comhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1985. 2. The 3rd day of April, 1985, is in relation to the election to be held in 1985 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Comhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta, hereby fixed as the nomination day. These regulations appoint 3rd April, 1985 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in Comhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta shall be received by the returning officer.
