I, PADDY O'TOOLE, TD, Minister for Fisheries and Forestry, being satisfied that the weather conditions referred to in the Wildlife Act, 1976 (Section 27) Order, 1985 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1985 ), no longer require that Order to apply as regards cock pheasant, hereby, in exercise of the powers vested in me by Section 8 of the Wildlife Act, (No. 39 of 1976) as adapted by the Fisheries (alteration of name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1978 ( S.I. No. 195 of 1978 ), make the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Wildlife Act, 1976 (Section 27) No. 2 Order 1985; 2. The Wildlife Act 1976 (Section 27) Order, 1985 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1985 ), shall be construed and have effect as if the words "Cock Pheasant" were deleted from the Schedule thereto. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 23rd day of January, 1985. P.
