The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation) Order 2026. 2. Aidan Harkin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Frank Feighan, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, with effect from 5 January 2026.
