The Government, on the request of the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Children, Disability and Equality) Order 2025. 2. Michael Brennan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Children, Disability and Equality, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality, with effect from 23 January 2025. 3. Aisling Dunne, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Children, Disability and Equality, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality, with effect from 28 April 2025.
