The Government, on the request of the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport) Order 2025. 2. Michael O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport with effect from 24th January 2025. 3. Theresa Newman, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport with effect from 24th January 2025.
