The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2023. 2. Ciara Shaughnessy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, with effect from 17 December 2022. 3. Kevin Dillon, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, with effect from 17 December 2022.
