MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 22ND DAY OF MAY, 1933, PURSUANT TO SECTION 44 of THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1933 WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (1) of Section 44 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may by order make regulations in relation to any matter referred to in Part IV of the said Act, as prescribed or to be prescribed by the Minister for Industry and Commerce. NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on him by subsection (1) of Section 44 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling makes by this order the following regulations, that is to say:— 1. These regulations may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act (Part IV) Regulations, 1933. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of these regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. In these regulations— The expression "the Act" means the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 ; the expression "the Minister" means the Minister for Industry and Commerce. 4. The form in which an application shall be made under subsection (1) of Section 47 of the Act for registration in the register of flour importers and the particulars to be contained in such application shall be the Form No. 1 in the Schedule to these regulations and the particulars required by such form. The form in which an application shall be made under subsection (2) of Section 47 of the Act for registration in the register of distillers and the particulars to be contained in such application shall be the Form No. 2 in the Schedule to these regulations and the particulars required by such form. 5. The form in which the records required under subsection (1) of Section 57 of the Act shall be kept by every person registered in the register of flour importers, and the particulars to be entered in such records, shall be the Forms 3 and 3A in the Schedule to these regulations, and the particulars required by such forms. 6. The form in which the records required under subsection (1) of Section 57 of the Act shall be kept by every person registered in the register of distillers, and the particulars to be entered in such records shall be the Forms 4 and 4A in the Schedule to these regulations, and the particulars required by such forms. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1933 FORM OF APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF FLOUR IMPORTERS I (or we) ( (a) If the business is carried on or proposed to be carried on by a body corporate, or a firm or under a trade name, the name of the body corporate, of the firm or the trade-name should be given here, and the application should be accompanied by the Certificate of Incorporation, or by the Certificate of Registration under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1916, as the case may be. carrying on or proposing to carry on the business of importing flour or wheaten meal, or both, hereby make application to the Minister for Industry and Commerce to be registered in the Register of Flour Importers in respect of the following premises, viz. ( (b) The situation of the premises should be described. Dated this.......... day of....................... 19......
